The project is developed on a corner plot and is organized around a core principle: the creation of a home that offers comfort and well-being to its residents throughout the year. The architectural composition is characterized by clean lines, minimalist geometry, and a balanced relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The choice of materials follows a philosophy of timeless simplicity. The white surfaces of the building envelope are combined with dark frames and discreet metal details, creating a modern yet calm architectural identity. Inside, natural wood tones dominate floors, frames, and special constructions, adding warmth and balance to the spaces. The residence belongs to energy class A+, resulting in significantly reduced energy needs and lower operating costs for the owners. Modern energy solutions were integrated, such as photovoltaic systems for electricity production and a solar water heater for hot water supply. At the same time, the residence features a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, which ensures continuous air renewal without the need for frequent window opening. A project that proves that sustainable living can be both functional, timeless, and fully adapted to the needs of the modern family.
