KANARI-STRAßE 89 VOLOS

Ausgezeichnet bei den Environmental Awards 2024 mit dem Preis für „Green Energy Utilization“ sowie bei den Energy Efficiency Awards 2025 mit dem Silberpreis in der Kategorie „Passivhaus“, steht dieses Wohngebäude als Vorbild für Energieautonomie und nachhaltige Architektur.

Es ist ein Projekt, das Technologie, architektonisches Denken und sorgfältig ausgewählte Materialien optimal nutzt, um einen außergewöhnlich niedrigen Energieverbrauch und sogar einen Überschuss in der Energieerzeugung zu erreichen.

Zu den wichtigsten Merkmalen gehören:

  • Bioklimatisches Design, das das natürliche Licht und die Ausrichtung des Grundstücks optimal nutzt.
