Die Wohnung in der Korai-Straße ist ein typisches Beispiel für eine komplette Renovierung mit Fokus auf Funktionalität und moderne Ästhetik. Die XG Group of Engineers übernahm die vollständige Neugestaltung und den Innenausbau und verwandelte eine alte Stadtwohnung in einen modernen, hochwertigen Wohnraum.

Die Eingriffe betrafen sowohl die räumliche Aufteilung als auch die vollständige Erneuerung der Materialien und elektromechanischen Installationen.
