ΚΑΝΑΡΗ 89 ΒΟΛΟΣ

Βραβευμένη στα Environmental Awards 2024 με το Βραβείο “Αξιοποίηση Πράσινης Ενέργειας / Green Energy”, καθώς και στα Energy Efficiency Awards 2025 με το Silver Βραβείο στην κατηγορία “Passive House”, η πολυκατοικία αυτή αποτελεί ένα πρότυπο κτίριο ενεργειακής αυτονομίας και βιώσιμης αρχιτεκτονικής.

Πρόκειται για κτίριο που αξιοποιεί στο έπακρο την τεχνολογία, την αρχιτεκτονική σκέψη και τα κατάλληλα υλικά, ώστε να επιτυγχάνει εξαιρετικά χαμηλή κατανάλωση ενέργειας και πλεόνασμα παραγωγής.

Μεταξύ των βασικών χαρακτηριστικών του:

  • Βιοκλιματικός σχεδιασμός, που αξιοποιεί το φυσικό φως και τον προσανατολισμό του οικοπέδου.
  • Υψηλής απόδοσης θερμομόνωση και ενεργειακά κουφώματα, που μειώνουν στο ελάχιστο τις θερμικές απώλειες.
  • Συστήματα αερισμού με ανάκτηση ενέργειας, για ιδανική θερμική άνεση και βελτιστοποίηση της κατανάλωσης.
  • Σύγχρονα φωτοβολταϊκά και αντλίες θερμότητας, που εξασφαλίζουν ενεργειακή αυτονομία και μηδενικό αποτύπωμα.

Πέρα από την τεχνολογία, το έργο ενσωματώνει τη φιλοσοφία της αειφορίας: σχεδιάστηκε για μακροχρόνια ανθεκτικότητα, ελάχιστες λειτουργικές δαπάνες και σεβασμό προς το περιβάλλον, προσφέροντας ένα νέο πρότυπο αστικής κατοίκησης
