This project was awarded at the Energy Mastering Awards 2017 as the first certified Passive Building in Greece.
It consists of a complex of three single-family houses located in Agria, Volos.
The building was designed and constructed on a 404 m² plot, following the standards of the Passive House Institute. The complex includes three independent residences, each featuring a playroom, mechanical room, and enclosed parking area in the basement; a living room, kitchen, dining area, and W.C. on the ground floor; and three bedrooms with a bathroom on the upper floor.
The building is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system, air-conditioning units (COP = 4 & EER = 4), and solar thermal systems.
Passive buildings, through their specialized construction, eliminate the cost of heating and cooling while offering their occupants an exceptional quality of life.
