Energy Mastering Awards 2017
- Award for the first certified Passive House in Greece a complex of three residences in Agria, Volos, inspected and certified by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt, Germany.
Environmental Awards 2018
- Award in the category «Sustainable Product & Services» for the use of energy-saving technologies and sustainable materials. The award concerns a model residential building with zero heating and cooling demand in Efxinoupoli, Magnesia.
Energy Mastering Awards 2022
- Award for the 1st place in the category of tourist accommodation buildings for the construction of the model tourist residence “d193” in Volos, based on the Passive House standard.
- Award for an exemplary INDUSTRIAL BUILDING of outstanding environmental performance. It concerns an industrial building in Volos that tends to heat and cool itself naturally.
