ΑΝΑΚΑΙΝΙΣΗ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑΤΟΣ

Το διαμέρισμα στην οδό Κοραή αποτελεί ένα χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα ολικής ανακαίνισης με στόχο τη λειτουργικότητα και τη σύγχρονη αισθητική. Η XG Group of Engineers ανέλαβε τον πλήρη επανασχεδιασμό αλλα και την κατασκευη του εσωτερικού, μετατρέποντας ένα παλαιό αστικό διαμέρισμα σε έναν μοντέρνο, υψηλής ποιότητας χώρο διαβίωσης.

Οι επεμβάσεις αφορούσαν τόσο τη διαρρύθμιση των χώρων, όσο και την πλήρη ανανέωση των υλικών και των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων.
