D193 KONSTANTA STRET VOLOS

The D193 is an innovative four-storey tourist accommodation building located in the heart of Volos’ urban fabric, at 193 Konstanta Street.
It was constructed with the aim of creating a sustainable, contemporary, and energy-autonomous lodging, offering a unique hospitality experience for travelers seeking quality and environmental responsibility.

Following the Passive House standards, the D193 fully leverages natural lighting, thermal insulation, and renewable energy systems.
This project stands not only as a model of sustainable tourism development, but also as a benchmark in architectural and environmental innovation.

Winning 1st place at the Energy Mastering Awards 2022 reaffirms XG Group of Engineers’ commitment to creating buildings that combine functionality, aesthetics, and a minimal environmental footprint.
