TWO-STOREY RESIDENCE WITH BASEMENT N. IONIA VOLOS

The two-storey residence in Nea Ionia, Volos is a contemporary example of harmonizing high aesthetics with energy efficiency, designed according to the Passive House standard. Its minimalist character is expressed through clean lines, natural materials, and unobstructed visual perspectives.

The façade of the building combines glass with stone, while the interior is defined by wooden floors, soft tones, and abundant natural light. The design aims to create a serene, functional residence with an exceptionally low environmental footprint.
